Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with DGT Customs Sportswear! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

1. Returns All returns must be requested within 5 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at dgtcustoms@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item and mail it to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges for any change of mind or incorrectly ordered items. However, if the return is due to our confirmed error—such as a damaged or incorrect product—we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days from our receipt of your item for us to process the return. Refunds may take an additional 7-14 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

4. Exceptions The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used Products: Any item that has been used, worn, or is not in its original condition.

  • Custom-Made or Personalized Items: Products that were specifically customized for a customer.
